Since I first started using Arbonne products, I've been able to really stay motivated to be healthy. I've lost 12 lbs since April, and practiced healthy meal prep and choices, as well as exercise routines that will help me reach my goal. Recently though, I've noticed that I've started slipping. I've hit a plateau at 158.6 lbs and started picking up those old bad habits that I've been trying so hard to leave behind.
To jump start my lifestyle and quit these unhealthy habits for good, I've decided to do weekly health challenges! Below I've listed the weekly challenges (including rules I've set for myself)!
Rules:
1.
Breakfast shake required!
2.
No chips or non-health crackers. No sweets or
deli food. NO SAMPLES!
3.
Don’t eat if you’re not hungry!
4.
Homemade meals only!
5.
Pre-pack lunches so you’re ready.
Week one – July 16-22
Use a minimum of three vegetables/fruit per meal!
Week two – July 23-29
Cut out bread and gluten items!
Week three – July 30-August

Go vegan!
Week four – August
6-12
Protein shake for breakfast AND dinner!
What I’m cutting:
Crackers/chips/snack
foods
White bread
Meat (vegan week)
Dairy (vegan week)
Sweets and desserts
Pop, Arizona Teas
Replacements:
Nuts, berries, vegetables, peanut butter
Whole wheat/whole grain bread
Beans, nuts, protein rich vegetables
Spinach, kale, calcium rich vegetables
Protein shake, fruit, fizzy
Water, fizzy, almond milk
